01 / MAP & COORDINATE

Every detail.
In the right place.

A shared map becomes a working picture of the incident. Add the people, boundaries and observations your team needs to act.

01
INCIDENT MAPS

A map for every incident

Create a case with an incident location, address and case details. Choose a recognizable icon and bring your team into the same map.

02
LIVE COORDINATION

Know where your team is

Share live locations, identify teammates by call sign and marker color, and focus the map on a user. Open the global live map for a wider view.

03
TACTICAL DRAWING

Make the plan visible

Draw perimeters, routes, circles and freehand annotations. Add custom marker icons, adjust their appearance and measure your drawings.

04
SEARCH GRIDS

Give every search a structure

Place labeled grids over an area, set cell dimensions and use a shared reference when coordinating search sectors.

05
PHOTOS & NOTES

Keep context on the map

Place photos at a location, record case notes and attach supporting files. Keep observations and incident information alongside the operation.

06
MAP INTELLIGENCE

See the surrounding picture

Switch basemaps and manage visible layers. Add weather radar, nearby aircraft, jurisdiction boundaries and available parcel information.

Weather, aircraft, boundary and parcel coverage depend on the selected layer and its data source.

02 / YOUR COMMAND WORKSPACE

The big picture.
Your way.

Build a workspace that fits the operation. Keep the map in focus while the information you need stays within reach.

  • Resize panels in the classic admin view.
  • Arrange maps, users, photos, notes and weather on the Admin Canvas.
  • Bring multiple incident maps into one canvas.
  • Save named layouts and reuse them across incidents and devices.

The picture stays.

Revisit recorded movement and turn your incident information into a report that can travel beyond the map.

Retrace the response.

Explore saved breadcrumb paths by user or across the team. Filter a time range, inspect individual points and replay the timeline at different speeds.
